Best drugstore eyeliner (waterline) ?

The Revlon Colorstay is the best one out of those. And um it's eyeliner and where we put it on our eyes, it will smudge and fade no matter what and weather you like it or not. It's just how it works, all of em will at one point or another, it doesn't matter even if you buy $50 ones. But I think overall the best eyeliner right now in drugstores is the Milani Liquifeye ones. Check em out (: and yea, I think the NYX jumbo eye pencils are a good buy, cheap and very dandy at times. Get it in milk first, it's like their most popular color and the whitest one. It'll make a huge difference if you wanna look more awake and you put it in your tear duct or stuff like that and rub it in. They are a good base to use for easily creasable eye shadows, so yeah, this product creases but it's still good. Just be careful, get used to it a little first before you do really serious makeup looks.
