NYX Jumbo Eyeshadow Pencils?

So i just got a NYX Jumbo Eyeshadow Pencil. I notcied that it's plastic, so you can't sharpen it. How am i supposed to get more of the pencil out if it runs out? You can spin it or push it so i don't understand. Please tell me how to do it!
