Will state of IL seek reimbursement from me or baby's father for prenatal/delivery costs on state ins card?

Does anyone know if the State of IL will seek reimbursement from me or baby's father (we are not married) for costs of prenatal/delivery costs for pregnancy covered under state medical card, or for food stamps or cash assistance? Thanks!
