Eyeliner smuding? HELP!? Full points?

I need some tips and tricks on how to keep my eyeliner from smuding into my crease. YES, I do wear: urban decay primer potion, And a nyx jumbo eyeshadow in milk. I've tried patting black eyeshadow on the liner (gel/liquid eyeliner) and it still slips into my crease. Its very close to summer, so it is bloody HOT here. Tips on what I can do? Full points!!
