I cant use my IGN account properly can someone help me ?

Ok so I just made an account on IGN and every time i go to a new page, try to edit something, watch a video (all that stuff) it signs out. Sometimes if I leave the page for say 10 seconds without doing anything it auto refreshes and tells me i need to log in again. This means I cannot do anything that requires an account and its bullshit. Somebody please suggest something that I could do to stop this. Also they sent me an email when i made the account but nothing to do with a conformation so that is out of the picture.
