Looking for a long lasting White Eyeliner from Ulta?

I'm looking for the best White Eyeliner thats sold at Ulta, I'v herd about the one from NYX but I herd its not very good color. Does anyone know of a good white eyeliner I can find from Ulta? Anything at all that has good bold color and long lasting, preferably for the waterline :]
