How to keep eye makeup on? Full points?

So, it's getting close to summer and it is bloody hot where I live! My face makeup stays on fine, it's just my eye makeup that is the problem. Id like to wear as minimal of makeup on my eyes as possible. I've tried urban decay primer potion, and I also use the nyx jumbo eyeshadow pencil in milk, yet my eyeshadow still creases, and my eyeliner imprints into my crease. I've also tried patting my eyeliner down with black eyeshadow. (that didn't help much) I think I have oily lids, but my skins not oily. How do I keep my lids from getting oily and how do I keep my eyeliner on without smuding into my crease during the summer hot days? FULL POINTS FOR BEST ANSWER!!!!
