7 weeks pregnant, cramping under belly button? Help!?

I am 7 weeks pregnant and I have a strange dull cramping in my lower stomach, about 3 inches under my belly button. It feels like a light pressure or something. It is not extreme, just uncomfortable and I have not had bleeding. I go to my first prenatal appointment on Monday. But is this cramping normal & what could be causing it?
