Can eyeshadow base double as a primer?

Well technically it's the same thing. Nyx's eyeshadow base is pretty much the same thing as a primer. I love using it as an eyeshadow base {like primer potion } and it could also be used for priming underneathe concealer try it and if it doesn't look cakey underneathe concealer then yes it will work!
