Does prenatal viatimins or fish oil pills help with hair growth?

or what are other ways to make your hair grow. my hair used to really long but it was dead so i cut off like 3 inches and i need it to be longer. i dont straiten it or do it i usally just let it air dry. when i get out of shower i dont brush it i just spray so wave crap in it and let it dry.
