What do i do if im preganant and i need to go to the hospital but have no car and have my 2 kids with me?

I'm 13 weeks pregnant I have a condition that I get extreme nausea and vomiting I have gotten to the point I can't hold anything down its been going on for two days what can I do!? I need help but I'm not sure what to do I have no Doc because I go to the health depmt for prenatal care I can't take the pain any more please help me
