Will prenatal vitamins help grow my hair if im not pregnant?

i've heard these pills are miracles, and they dont work over night but the do help your hair grow a lot. i want my hair to be atleast under my breast line by august. right now my hair is barely sitting on my shoulders. it is curly so will that make it harder? do you think these pills can make my hair grow that long by atleast august?
